Our aim is to support our clients to enable them to remain in their own home, maintaining their dignity and independence. We treat each client as an individual with their own personal care plan prepared with their involvement, together with family and any health professionals involved.

We understand that it is not always easy to have people coming into your life and home on a daily basis and our staff endeavour to build good client/carer relationships becoming part of your extended family.

The success of our agency is related to our dedicated staff, high standard of training and excellent reputation in our community. All of our staff are local to the area we serve, ensuring clients are never without their daily visits even in the severest of weather.

Our staff training is extensive and on-going. The wide variety of training includes first aid, administering medication, nutrition, moving & positioning, health & safety and dementia.

Staff are all police checked, wear uniform and carry photo identification.
